Simon brings extensive maritime experience, professional insight, and academic engagement to support seafarers navigating career transition.

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 1985, specialising in criminal and marine litigation
  • Managed the law and business parts of the MCA-accredited Merchant Vessel Operations programme at Warsash Maritime Academy
  • Awarded a PhD in 2012 for his thesis on the criminalisation of the Ship’s Master
